Teams reach semi final

Male', MALDIVES - Police Club, MTCC, MPL and STORC have reached to the semifinals of the ongoing MILO Club Maldives Cup.

Police Club beat FSM by 5-2 to reach the semifinal. Ali Fahumy who grabbed the man of the match scored twice for Police Club while Mohamed Ali, Ahmed Rishfan and Ali Riswan Ahmed each scored a goal. Abdulla Shafeeu Hashim and Adam Lareef (Rona) scored for FSM.

MTCC beat MACL by 4-3 to reach the semifinal. MTCC’s Hassan Mifrah scored twice and grabbed the man of the match. The other two goals for MTCC were scored by Ahmed Githurees and Hassan Ibrahim. Hulham Ibrahim Rasheed scored twice for MACL while Ali Haisham scored a goal.

MPL beat Club MRDC by 6 goals to nil. Ali Maish scored a hat-trick while Ahmed Afrad scored twice and Shinan Ibrahim scored once. Ali Maish was declared as the man of the match.

STO beat Immigration by 1-0, the only goal of the match was scored by Imran Mohamed.

Semifinal matches of MCMC will be played on Friday. Police Club will face MTCC and MPL will face STORC.

Semifinal matched of 18/30 Women’s Futsal Fiesta will also be played on Friday evening. Police Club will face Maldivian and DSC will face ADK synergy.
