Maldives Is a strong team - Mukhsin

Male', Maldives - Tajikistan coach Mukhsin Mukhamadiev has said that he will take the International friendly match against Maldives as a preparation for the World cup qualifying and Asian cup qualifying.

“First we want to thank Maldives FA for inviting us to play a friendly match in Maldives. And as you know in June we start the elimination group for World cup and Asian cup. So this friendly match is going to be like a preparation for the main tournament. Hopefully we will play a good match tomorrow” Mukhsin said in the press conference with the help of an interpreter

He also said that he watched the matches of challenge cup held in Maldives and he believes Maldives is a strong team and especially when Maldives play at home ground they will be much stronger

“We watched all the matches of challenge cup which was held in Maldives and learned the team, it’s a really good team we respect the team of course.” Mukhsin expressed his view on Maldives team

As the match is being played on a FIFA date, Tajikistan wants to win the match for the advantage of FIFA ranking. Mukhsin said that he want to win the match in order to be in the second pot to get advantage of qualifying in an easy route.
