Maziya scored their seventh of the night just 8 minutes after the break. Nashid’s wonderful shot inside the box hits the roof of the net from a good header from Shiyam.

In the 70th minute Samdhooh’s cross was deflected off Niyaz for an own goal.

Two minutes before the normal time AYL scored their first goal of the night from the spot when referee awarded them a penalty for a foul committed by Amdhan inside the box.

Maziya’s coach Ali Suzain said that it was a good match but they failed to score more goals in the second half.

“It was a good match but in the second half we failed to score more goals and we could score more than 10 goals in this match.”

“We missed two or three open chances in the second half to score and we made some changes in the second half it those players didn’t perform well when they were introduced.”

On the other hand AYL coach Nadhid said that he was happy with the performance and we have to accept it.

“I am happy with the performance. Two key players were injured and some players didn’t attend the practices and against a team like Maziya it is a good game.”

“Still we have the chance to be in the top six as you all know that we got one point in the first round even in last season but we managed to be in the top six.”

In the next game of the league New Radiant will play against BG Sports tomorrow night at 2200 hours.
