Bangladesh to host SAFF Suzuki Cup

Male’, MALDIVES – The executive committee of South Asian Football Federation SAFF has decided to host the 12th edition of regional football tournament, SAFF Suzuki Cup is to be held in Bangladesh on 25th December 2017.

The decision was made during the SAFF executive committee meeting held at Negambo, Sri Lanka today. Football Association of Maldives president Ahmed Thariq and Vice President Ali Umar attended the meeting.

During today’s executive committee meeting Ali Umar has been elected as the member of SAFF executive committee.

Thariq said that SAFF is also planning to start SAFF Club Championship next year.
