New Radiant had the chance to advance to the knockout stage with a win, but as they fail to win, Bengaluru FC advanced to the inter zonal semifinals. Bengaluru won their final group stage game at Dhaka 4-0 against Abahani.

After a goalless first half, Leonce Dodoz and Andrei Ionescu scored the goals for the Indian club while substitute youngster Ibrahim Atheeg scored the consolation goal for Blues.

As Blues, concluded their AFC Cup campaign, they earned 12 points from six games. Bengaluru FC who advanced as the group leaders earned 15 points. Both Abahani and Aizawl won four points.
