A last-minute goal from Nishu Kumar sealed the deal for Indian giants Bengaluru FC as they took down New Radiant 1-0, in 2018 AFC Cup, Tuesday evening at Kanteerava Stadium, Bengalore.

Nishu Kumar scored the only goal of the match in the extra time as captain Chhetri skips past his marker and slides it across to Nishu, who taps home side the winner. Sunil Chetri who made the game changed started from the bench and was introduced in the second half.

Nishu’s late strike seals the points for Bengaluru FC, who now have a three-point lead atop Group E of the AFC Cup. Bengaluru FC has won all three games.

New Radiant will host Bengaluru in their next AFC Cup game.
